i use gds idm internet connection, no router, and in turn, no wi-fi, i could get a router with the usb function, cause my internet reciever is a usb gds idm connection (yes it is a long name, and that's for short, fully named its called:Zitat gds idm usb connectivity wi-max wireless internet recieverquite a mouthfull....

ok this is cool, i play platinum on pc, but i have cheated every last possible cheat, i mean i finished the game, downloaded pokesav, and worked day and night on it, getting myself almost every last pokemon, although some were glitchy, like regice....
